1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your") and pak97 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at pak97.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions and content offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of pak97, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pak97 platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the personal user account registered by a User on the pak97 platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, displayed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets or free spins credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and, in certain cases, continued account operation.
• "Operator" — the entity operating the pak97 platform under applicable international licensing frameworks.
• "Services" — all products, betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, promotions and support facilities made available through the pak97 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency unit used for balance display on pak97.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to online gambling is prohibited under local law. Pakistan may be a Restricted Jurisdiction depending on applicable local legislation.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the pak97 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age threshold. pak97 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

You must not register or use the pak97 platform if doing so is unlawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Services is lawful under the laws applicable to you. pak97 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in any particular location.

3.3 Personal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or regulatory direction that prohibits you from gambling or entering into contracts of this nature.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on pak97. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak97 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify pak97 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Account Ownership

Accounts are non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will render the Account immediately subject to suspension and termination without notice.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

pak97 operates KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations under its international licensing frameworks. You may be required to provide identity and address verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals, after reaching specified transaction thresholds, or where the platform reasonably suspects irregular activity.

5.1 Acceptable Documents

• Valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both sides — or a valid passport.
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement (not older than three months), where required.
• A selfie or liveness check photograph as directed by the platform's verification system.
• Documentation verifying the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

5.2 Document Integrity

You must not alter, obscure, crop, or otherwise tamper with any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of falsified, forged or misleading documents constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.

5.3 Secure Submission

Documents must be submitted only through the platform's official, secure HTTPS verification portal accessible from within your Account settings. You must not transmit sensitive personal documents via unencrypted email, third-party messaging applications or any other unsecured channel.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Available Methods

pak97 acknowledges that Pakistani users are familiar with payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are referenced for user convenience and familiarity only. None of these payment providers endorse, affiliate with, or support gambling operators, and pak97 makes no claim to the contrary. Actual deposit methods available at any time are determined by operator policy and may change without notice.

6.2 Currency

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the operator at the time of the transaction. pak97 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

6.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the platform's deposit page and are subject to change. You must not deposit funds using payment methods that do not belong to you. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is not registered in your name — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

6.4 Deposit Funding Source

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pak97 Account are of legitimate origin and have not been derived from any illegal activity. pak97 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds where transactions are flagged as unusual under applicable AML controls.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where: (a) KYC verification has been completed to the platform's satisfaction; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied; and (c) no ongoing investigation, security review or technical dispute is attached to the Account.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to the operator's internal review processes. pak97 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Players are encouraged to check the withdrawal information section of their Account for current estimates.

7.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Where operationally possible, withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pak97 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

7.4 Withdrawal Fees

pak97 does not impose platform-level withdrawal fees on standard requests. However, the User's financial institution or payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Users should consult their payment provider's published fee schedule.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available by pak97 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games and time limits will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering completion — see individual promotion terms for contribution rates.

8.3 One Bonus Per Account

Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per User, per household address, per device and per payment method. pak97 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify Users from promotions where abuse or circumvention of promotion terms is detected.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts or any other method that constitutes bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. pak97 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and to suspend accounts where such conduct is identified.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

pak97 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error. A bet is not confirmed until acceptance is explicitly confirmed by the platform.

9.2 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability and may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed on markets that were suspended or cancelled before the relevant event outcome will be voided and the stake returned.

9.3 Pari-Mutuel and Fixed Odds

Both fixed-odds and pool-based (pari-mutuel) formats may be available depending on the market. The applicable format will be identified on the relevant market page. Disputes relating to odds formats must be raised with support within 48 hours of the relevant event settlement.

9.4 Settlement

Bets will be settled according to the officially confirmed result from the relevant governing body. In the case of Pakistan cricket, ICC tournament results, PSL fixtures and other competitions, official scorecards and match outcomes as published by the relevant governing body will be used. pak97's settlement decisions are final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 9.5.

9.5 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, Users must contact support at [email protected] within 48 hours of the disputed settlement. pak97 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All settlement decisions following investigation are final.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of sports fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using proceeds from illegal activities to fund an Account.
• Attempting to launder funds through betting or casino activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing third parties to operate your Account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other users.

11. Responsible Gambling

pak97 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. The platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses. If you believe that your gambling behaviour has become problematic, please make use of the self-exclusion facility and seek support from a recognised responsible gambling organisation. 12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak97 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and all other materials — is the property of pak97 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as contemplated by these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak97 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to: gambling losses; loss of profits; loss of data; service interruptions; technical errors; or delays in withdrawal processing.

pak97 makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak97 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completion of KYC verification.

14.2 Termination by pak97

pak97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct is identified; (c) regulatory or compliance obligations require it; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, pak97 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, voided winnings and balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Real-money balances held in respect of legitimate deposited funds may be returned subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of outstanding disputes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Users accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that no Pakistani governmental authority, court or regulatory body supervises or endorses the pak97 platform, and that disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the governing jurisdiction of the Operator's licence, not Pakistani law.

The foregoing does not, however, affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

16. Amendments to These Terms

pak97 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Users via a notice on the platform or by email where a valid address is registered to the Account. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
