If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. Enter the email address registered to your account and pak97 will send a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Once you have set a new password, the old one becomes invalid immediately. Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and unique to pak97 — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.

Contact pak97 support at [email protected] and request permanent account closure. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled normally and your real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be made available for withdrawal, subject to completion of KYC verification. All settlement decisions made following investigation are final. Disputes raised after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.

A wagering requirement specifies how many times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money credit. No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are locked for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met within the stated time limit.
